WebDwarf is Virtual Mechanics’ free tool for the creation and publishing of Web pages. With WebDwarf you do not need to know HTML, just layout your page by placing and moving your images and text wherever you want with the click of your mouse, then use the built-in FTP Publisher to upload your page to whatever webhost you choose to use.
