The software of the Trojan Killer on this page is presented by you as freeware and that is appearently only a commercial trick because after downloading and installing it, I found just only back a trial version of 15 days.
This is very misleading.

“Trojan Killer” from GridinSoft is NOT “Freeware.” It is only a 15-day TRIAL version. To continue using this software after the trial period, AND to remove any scan threats found during the trial period, a license must be purchased. Advertising on any web site that presents this product as true “Freeware” (i.e., NO cost to own it) is deceptive and false.
