Ping Range

Ping Range scans your network for devices. You define a range of IP addresses, and the program will ping each in turn. If any devices respond they are displayed in the results pane. The program can also obtain the MAC address, and network name (hostname) of active devices.
Use Ping Range in a corporate environment to audit the devices connected to a DHCP server. Or at home to see if any intruders are connected to your WiFi. Ping Range is standalone, so it can be kept on a USB drive, and is less than 1MB in size. No installation required. It can ping a single device, either by IP-Address or hostname, and returns the MAC address.
The results can be saved to a CSV file for your records, and an equivalent batch file can be constructed in the Batch Wizard.
