Glint

Glint is a free WYSIWYG Form Designer that makes designing forms very simple - Just drag and drop elements and you can place any element anywhere you want, and it comes with many features like setting style effects for the elements too. You can say goodbye to HTML codes and tags because everything is visual, but in the rarest case that you need to edit code, you can edit HTML codes too if you want.

Features:

• Allows you to place any form element in any location of your choice.
• The location of any element can be adjusted by using your mouse arrow. But if you want extra precision, all you need to do is just use your cursor keys and you can fix to the desired pixel.
• Glint being perfectly WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), you get to watch the preview as you design it.
• In case you are designing your page, and you want to leave half way through, then you can save your work and resume it later.
• You can export the code of your Glint form to a normal HTML format.
