Deleting a file with the normal way is not enough! If you want to delete all sensitive information, such as industrial secrets or some content that is not desired, you want to make sure that it will be removed permanently.
Sorry to say, there are many software recovery tools that you can restore the deleted items. If you need to destroy and eliminate any data from any possibility of recovery you need a “shredder”. This software destroys the data you choose before the deletion, using a complicated procedure of filling the actual content with random data.

- a fast destruction (standard 1-round filling of random data)
- a forced destruction (3 rounds of filling according to DoD 5220.22M standard)
- an ultimate destruction (35 rounds of filling with data according to Guttman algorithm).

This installed but didnt work as suggested.
It put a big icon in middle of screen and the talsk bar icons did nothing. Couldnt make any sense of it.
Tried uninstall! but where is the uninstall? had to delete everything i could find and then run Ccleaner. what a crock!
