I like this converter, but I found a couple of bugs:

The following bugs were found when testing with small .avi files from the anims folder of Battlezone (1998)

1. It saves duplicate frames at the end of the animation.

2. Some .avi files only convert partially and end the animation early.

None of the files I attempted to convert were longer than 16 seconds.
